Rockbridge Church is searching for a full-time and experienced pastor to serve as Pastor of Teaching and Spiritual Formation. This position has been developed and refined as part of a co-pastor team that will share authority equally. RbC has a strong emphasis in collaboration and humility and has determined a shared leadership model best serves our mission and vision in this season of our story.
